Jim Lyles has been providing quality real estate service since 1983, holds membership in the National Association of Realtors, and adheres to its strict code of ethics. He has earned various professional real estate designations including:

The Graduate Realtors Institute designation (GRI). The GRI is awarded by the National Association of Realtors and is nationally recognized and considered to be the nation’s primary professional real estate designation.

He has also earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation (CRB) which signifies a high degree of excellence and is awarded by the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council to some of the most successful managers in the real estate industry.

Jim has earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS) which is awarded by the Association of Realtors to real estate professionals that complete a broad curriculum of courses on international property, currency, and cultural topics.

He has also been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) which is awarded by the National Association of Realtors through the Council of Residential Specialists.
