James Major

Jim Major first started in real estate back in 2003. He had a history in the food service business but after buying his first home he developed an interest in real estate and the rest is history. Over the course of his career, he has spent time as both a Realtor working with buyers and sellers and also as a Sales Manager, overseeing other Agents and helping the office to reach its business goals.

There is no doubt that Jim is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Realtor, especially after seeing all the critical roles he has played in various professional organizations. Jim has held the title of Director (2016), Vice President (2017), President Elect (2018), and Immediate Past President (2020) of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS (GBAR). Presently, Jim is the Director of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS (MAR) and the Director of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He is also an active member and the current Director of the Woburn Rotary Club.

Jim grew up in Plaistow, New Hampshire and has since been a resident of Wilmington, Massachusetts for the past 20 years.
