Buying or selling a home is most likely the single largest financial decision you will make. It can also be one of the most stressful decisions you will make. There are ways to lessen that stress load on you, however. You do not have to face this alone or scour the internet doing random home searches blindly when that home you are looking at could very well already be sold and you don’t even know it. While James started his career years (26 of them) working in the EMS field as a paramedic and a supervisor it led him to handle stressful situations while remaining perfectly calm and gaining a very intimate knowledge of the areas of the community both working and growing up in Jefferson County.

Now he looks forward to serving the public in another critical manner that can be useful to them. Education has always been at the forefront of his job and still is important to him so that he may serve you to the best of his ability whether you are selling your home, buying a home for the first time where you might have several options available you did not know about, upgrading to a bigger home, or maybe downsizing.

He has been married since 1991 with three boys. One graduated from Westminster and the other from Mizzou. The 3rd is currently enrolled in a welding technology program.

Home and family are important to him. His wife’s family has a tradition of getting together every Sunday for dinner which can be crazy at times but he wouldn’t miss it for the world. He grew up camping with his parents which he still loves to do when he gets the chance and loves the Missouri State Park system for the quick weekend getaway on occasion.

He mentioned his prior job and family for one primary reason. In order to be successful communication is one of the founding principles. There must be open, honest, communication lines available to you which is very important to him in understanding your needs so that a long lasting relationship is built.
