09/12/2014 - tvgrasso Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Summerlin North, Las Vegas, NV. James is one of those rare professional relators in Las Vegas. And there are few. I have found that most La Vegas realtors are ignorant, unprofessional and lazy and they are not very well educated. Most get your listing and wait for some other agent to sell it. Not James! He is passionate about his profession and displays honesty, integrity and a true desire to market your property, If there is a problem or the buyer is a problem: James takes on the problem head on and fights for the seller. He knows the laws or will find out an appropriate answer. He is not a deal killer. In my circumstance I had gone through four relators from three different reality companies. It would take too long for me to describe my contempt and lack of respect for them. Thank God someone referred us to James. On the first day we had a potential buyer. His marketing and tenacious drive sold are property. Although, it was not a sale without problems, but James solved them for both parties. In my 24 years in this town I would say James McGuire is the best!
