As an out of state buyer, I was fortunate that James had reached out to me first. My initial perception with his 2 minute response time made me assume he was a desperate agent which needed business, this was not the case at all! His attention to detail, thorough communication, and extensive knowledge of the area has leveraged him as a capable agent in the Las Vegas area. James is a hard worker who went the extra mile to pick me up at the airport, shuttle me around, and take me back to the airport.
