Jim was first licensed at 24 years old back in 1992 giving him an extensive amount of experience in the real estate industry over the last 30 years. Focusing as a Realtor® in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz County. His impressive resume includes: Managing broker, risk manager, deal doctor, advisor, mentor, teacher, program director, past president, vice president, board member of the PRDS Board of Directors, and Charitable Trust member.
