About James

James was licensed in June of 2000 and Stephen was licensed soon after in 2001. In 2004 they came together to form the Meyer&Dial Real Estate Team and headed up the sales for 6 new build and condo conversions in the rapidly growing downtown housing market. In 2006 they purchased their own private office space in the Short North at 663 North High Street, and put together one of the premier Real Estate teams in the city of Columbus. Since then, Meyer&Dial has expanded their market share throughout greater central Ohio and are a market leader in residential sales of single family homes as well as condominiums.
