We loved working with Laura and James!
We were referred to Laura and James by our friend who previously worked with them. My friend told me that they were very helpful and fought for the house that she wanted. After one conversation with them, we can tell that they were very passionate, willing, and eager to help us find our home. We are first time home buyers, so we appreciated how patient and helpful they were! We loved how they walked through the entire process of buying a home. We loved how we were able to contact them at any time, even late at night. They were there for us at any time. We also love how fast they work. If we were interested in a home, they were on it. Laura and James were knowledgeable and gave us such great advice during the home buying process. We bought our home during a very competitive time. We were concerned that we would keep getting outbid by other people. Laura and James helped us stand out without overpaying for the home. This made us so happy! We would definitely work with them again! We would recommend Laura and James to everyone we know!

It was our second time working with Laura and James. They are not only great at their jobs but amazing people! They always go above and beyond to make sure everything fits our needs and that things are done right. As a military family we loved their background in the Marine Corps. They truly understood what we wanted and they were so easy to work with. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

To put it simply, James and Laura are OUTSTANDING! From the moment we were connected with them, they were very responsive and on top of things. Although we were expecting to connect with them after the holiday weekend, they took the time for an opening phone call (on a HOLIDAY, nonetheless!) to get to know a little about us, tell us about them, and get a good idea about what we were looking for and where. They also were very aware that people communicate differently and asked what our preferred communication medium was (call, text, E-mail).
They connected us to a property system which made it easy to find homes we liked. After we found a place we liked, they took care of setting up a showing with us. When we decided to make an offer, nagivate counters, and go through all the steps, they were they every step of the way and always available for questions and anything else we needed!

While Laura helped with the in-person side of things (seeing the home, meeting with us, and discussing the options and questions about the home), James did a good amount of the background research and information gathering on the area and value of the homes (comp reports and such).

I can't imagine having a better realty team that made the process so easy, understandable, and streamlined.

We were ready to officially start the hunt for a new home at the beginning of 2021 after browsing and planning for 6 months. When one day we saw online what looked like a great property we requested a showing and did not have an agent at the time, so (very) luckily we were connected with James and Laura. That property turned out not to be the one but a few days later when we saw a new listing that we loved , James and Laura were able to get us in to see it quickly. They, their team, and a great affiliated lender then helped us to win the bidding process and successfully negotiate the purchasing and paperwork portion of it all. We were extremely lucky to have been introduced to them and they did a great job. We then asked them to help sell our previous home and that was another home run!

They will communicate everything about the process, help you to make your own decisions, and they will tell you the truth. Great folks to work with.

James and Laura made the selling of our home smooth and seamless! This was the first time I sold my home and I knew James was someone I could trust to make sure the whole process went smooth and fast. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping veterans and VA guidelines. We closed on our home in around 20 days and I never felt stressed during the process which let me focus on the purchase of my new home in WA in the competitive market. Anytime something came up James had the answers and solutions to make sure there were no delays and I could focus on my PCS and upcoming move. He not only helped me sell my home in CA but referred me to a lender to make sure I would be taken care of in the purchase of my new home as well and helped out another active duty Marine purchase my home as his first home purchase. I would recommend James and Laura to anyone purchasing or selling their home and would 100% work with them in the future!

James and Laura were amazing and helped us find our first home! They calmly explained how we should go about buying our house and how the overall process was like. They took the time to get to know us: our wants, why we were getting a house now, things we did not want, etc. They made us feel like their number one priority as they rapidly responded to our emails and showed us houses we were interested in viewing. They made sure we got a good deal and that we were making a good long-term investment. They did not pressure us and provided constant support. Laura and James are highly knowledgeable and professional in all they do. Thank you so much for your help and dedication!
