Jim’s professional background spans 15 years at the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation in technology and project management, along with experience as a mortgage broker—giving him unique insight into market movements and financing. He launched his own boutique brokerage and has thrived in real estate ever since, leveraging his expertise to guide clients through even the most volatile markets, including the housing crash of 2008.
