I am originally from Maryland, spent twenty years in New York and made Florida my permanent home in 2013. Having been a resident of Sarasota and Manatee Counties, I have gained great appreciation of the area and all it has to offer. In addition to being a REALTOR, I also have a Florida Title License which has given me insight to the things that go on behind the scenes to keep your deal on track.

I have three great children and three adorable granddaughters that keep me wrapped pretty tight around their little fingers. They are my WHY.

We highly recommend Jim Mulvey! He was a major part in making sure we got more house than we ever dreamed of.  We looked at houses all day and he is so easy to work with!   Has went above and beyond in listening for details, cues, and clues as to our preferences.   He never pressured or rushed us, and was tirelessly patient.

Months later, Jim ran right over to give us a video tour once we first saw the listing even though we were in the Grand Tetons enjoying nature.  It's no wonder he has gained such a great reputation as a true professional amongst his clients, peers, and vendors. He specializes in luxury home listings but is flexible and trained in so much more.

We are grateful for his attention to detail in the negotiations and with our contracts.  Thank you James and will definitely use you again!
