The reason we started Bird Dog Real Estate was to be able to better meet our Client’s needs and desires without the overhead and inflexibility of these big real estate firms. This allows us to give our Buyer clients their 1st months mortgage payment of principal and interest back to them upon the close of their home. It also allows us to offer our Seller Clients commission rates of 3.50% with access to the best technology and marketing to get their home sold in the fastest time frame. After having worked for 14 years in the investment management field, the choice to pursue a new career with more personal contact with the ability to help people achieve their dreams was an easy decision. That was in 2007 and my real estate experience has been great with countless satisfied Buyers and Sellers. I have helped people buy, rent or sell in the worst real estate market in history and even though it can be tough at times it has made me a much better Agent. I bring with me excellent negotiation and technology skills, but most importantly the ability to patiently listen to my clients and react quickly to their needs to facilitate a successful and stress-free purchase or sale of their dream home, investment property or 2nd home.
