James is a rare amazing agent who is professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and hard working. He stands for his client 100%, he cares about his clients’ needs and he delivers! James made my first selling experience stress free by taking care of business with his professional service with a caring heart. I live in California, have no family nor friends in AZ. I decided to sell my income property in 2016 and had options to interview a bunch of agents or go back to the original realtor who was my buying agent, I decided to choose James instead, who was the agent of my last tenant. It was an easy decision even though we never met and only talked a few times on the phone. Based on the professional service he provided to my last tenant, I believed I could trust him, and he proved that I was correct. During the time my house was on the market, there appeared some unexpected fixing jobs need to be done. James lined up professional contractors right away at the best rate on the market, and had it all taken care of in no time. Had I hired a different agent, that would be a huge mess for me to deal with at much higher cost and would take much longer time, especially when I live in a different state. James was ALWAYS reachable over the phone no matter the time or day, this was super important to me as an out of the State and first time seller. During the price negotiation, he guided me to handle each situation to achieve the best deal I expected. I would no doubt recommend James to anyone, and he would always be my to go person in my real state needs in AZ, because a sincere and caring heart based professional service is the best service, and that’s what James provides.
