James Oliverie

Jim Oliverie is a Realtor® at Elfant Wissahickon. He holds his real estate license in PA and NJ. Before working in the real estate industry, he worked in local government management in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area and for the City of Philadelphia focusing on policy analysis and financial administration.

He enjoys biking, volunteering with Friends of the Wissahickon, and exploring Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and the surrounding communities.

Jim received his B.S. in Public Administration from James Madison University and his MPA from the University of Georgia.

He has lived in Philadelphia for over 10 years and resides with his wife, daughter, and son, in Chestnut Hill.
