Jimmy is a certified public accountant and real estate broker who has over 35 years of real estate development and sales experience on South Padre Island, Texas. As a developer on South Padre Island he and his partners developed Padre Grand Condominiums, a 13 story 88 unit beachfront condo project and Bridgepoint Condominiums, a 28 story 114 unit beachfront condo project. He has also developed commercial condos on South Padre Island and the Greens Condominiums, a 16 unit golf course condominium project at the South Padre Island Golf Club. Jimmy has been the principal broker for a leading real estate sales company on South Padre Island for more than 30 years and has now joined RE/MAX 1st Choice on South Padre as a broker associate and is ready to help you with any of your real estate needs.
Jimmy has served South Padre Island in various capacities including Treasurer of the SPI Economic Development Corporation for over a decade, founding member of the SPI Chamber of Commerce and as a director and Treasurer of the SPI Nature and Birding Center a satellite of the World Birding Center.
