Jim is an Alumni of UCSC with a degree in environmental planning. He worked with Santa Cruz County Planning Department in the late 1970s and then with the US Environmental Protection Agency in the early 1980s which has given him invaluable knowledge and experience in the field of land use planning and development.
Pauline works diligently with clients to make the process a positive and enlightening experience. When they are ready to buy or sell, they are confident with their decision and comfortable with the process. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Pauline is also a property manager who understands how to work with tenants who reside in the property during a sale.
Pauline received her degree in Journalism from UCSC and worked as a reporter and technical writer followed by positions in advertising and marketing before becoming a Realtor in 1996. She has been a member of Omega Nu for the past five years giving back to the community she loves.
Jim and Pauline are advocates of many charitable organizations through their time and monetary support including organizing water projects and raising grants for Rotary Club. Their twin sons reside in Colorado and together as a family they enjoy traveling and a number of water-based activities.
