James Petersen

James (Jim) Petersen is in his tenth year of practicing real estate in the Portland Metro area. He serves as one of KWRP's Reviewing Principal Brokers and possesses a solid knowledge of Portland and other west coast markets. His passion for assessing and evaluating residential properties coupled with carefully listening and understanding sellers and buyers' needs has continually yielded great results. James is also a certified Staging Agent, a Designated Broker in Washington State, and assists sellers in preparing their homes to capture maximum possible dollar yield through furniture and art positioning and placement, color/item selection, and lighting and decluttering strategies. James' service-driven background includes in-flight management at a major airline as well as cargo operations for a Seattle-based logistics firm.
