Land has been good to me both personally and professionally. I grew up on a farm in South Texas and worked closely with my father who made his living raising cattle and growing cotton and maze. I learned how to work equipment and the aspects involved in producing a successful crop. For the past 30 years, my wife and I have bought and sold properties with land. We have made improvements and then resold for a profit. On our hobby farm, we raise miniature mules and goats and really enjoy the space and privacy that land affords.
I have worked with buyer and seller clients in land transactions, but recently I have been focusing on helping sellers determine the best way to market their property for the most profit. In my real estate career, it has been rewarding to work with both novice and more savvy land buyers. However, it has been apparent that the majority of land buyers need and want the experience of a seasoned land professional. RLI LAND has also introduced me to valuable formulas for evaluating projects, mapping tools and relevant websites and apps that will allow me to provide even better customer service.
