Jim Polino was also always readily available to assist in any way. Compass Concierge funds allowed us to make improvements to our home, which helped to increase the sale price. We would not have been able to get the price we wanted, without this assistance. Funds were able to be repaid at the time of closing. Amazing benefit of going with a Compass group.

My Wife and I used Jonathan to purchase our first home back in 2017. The experience was so great that we became repeat customers in 2020, when we sold that same home in December. We interviewed other brokerages but their knowledge of the local market and confidence in being able to sell at a higher price than we were quoted elsewhere was why we listed with her. After viewing the unit it was suggested to us to market the unit as a potential two bedroom unit, thereby commanding a higher price was the type of knowledge and guidance we needed in a difficult time. Within 3 days of the condo hitting the market, we had several offers, some over our asking price!

In 1999, Cathie Curran helped us find our condo in Winthrop. We told her exactly what we were looking for, and in short order, she directed us to our future condo. So, when it came time for us to move on to a new home in New Mexico, it was only natural that we thought of no one else to handle the sale of our condo.

We wanted to avoid the possibility of having to live in a hotel and move our belongings into storage, so we bought our new home before selling our condo.

We listed our condo on March 1st, closed on our new home on March 15th, moved in on March 25th, and closed on the Winthrop condo on April 28th. We couldn’t have asked for better timing.

Once again, Cathie listened to our wishes, and went well beyond our expectations.
