Jim helped us purchased our property. He was very patient. It took us almost a year to finally find a home we like because of COVID shutdown. He stayed in contact with us and send us new listings. Finally when we find a home we like, he stayed up very late to work on purchase agreement so we can send our offers to the seller asap in today's competitive market. There are many nights we were on phone after 10pm to discuss what we should put in the offer/counter offer. I have sent him emails after 11pm and he responded to my emails right away and got things done in the morning. Every time I texted him, he replied to me in a short amount of time. He is very diligent in following up with seller's agent to make sure that we can get an counter offer. He is truly professional and put his best effort to help his clients. I highly recommend Jim.
