Jim began his real estate career in 1999 working with an investment team at Grubb & Ellis. Working with disposition of retail, office and industrial assets lead into selling a large apartment building in Chico. This apartment sale was the beginning of Jim’s focus on apartment sales. Shortly after Jim was recruited by Hendricks and Partners to focus on Apartment sales for a couple of years before joining forces with CBRE.
