I was assisting a family member with the Sale of a home. Not being familiar with the area and nearby to the property, I knew we had to rely on a Realtor who could manage under these circumstances. I was first impressed when I read about Jim - his experience, reviews and ratings. I was overly impressed when I actually worked with him - true professional, extremely knowledgeable, always responsive, kept us informed of every viewing and feedback and recommended a great attorney making this the easiest, most seamless process. In addition the property sold in record time and the closing went without a flaw. We highly recommend Jim!

Jim was great with me, I had alot of questions and he took the time to always answer, no matter when or what hour of the day I called. He even had people that came in from out of town and asked if he could show the house before on market. Jim is great to work wirh.

I could not have asked for a better experience. As it was our first-time selling a house, and all the nervousness and unsure that goes along with it.
