Working with Jim on the purchase of our home in Satellite Beach was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Relocating for my husband’s job in the Coast Guard meant that we were handling much of the home-buying process remotely and we could not have done it without Jim.

He was our trusted representative on the ground. Jim consistently went above and beyond, keeping us informed every step of the way, answering questions with patience and clarity, and advocating for us with care and professionalism. His friendly and fun personality made the entire experience feel less stressful and more like working with an old friend.

Jim made us feel at home before we even got there. Thanks to him, we were able to close quickly and confidently. Even after the closing he continues to offer help as we prepare for the move and settle into our new home and community.

We are so grateful to have had Jim by our side through this transition. He’s not just our realtor anymore; he’s our neighbor and friend. Thank you, Jim!

Jim Reynolds… too many good things to say so I’ll try to keep it as short as I can.

Let’s start with - “Instant Family”, considerate, (an understatement), and fun to work with. Jim takes the home buying process into his realm with great care for the buyers. We would recommend using him for 10 lifetimes, and then 10 more (for good measure). If you’ve read this far I don’t know what you’re waiting for. Give him a call!

Jim Reynolds is the most awesome realtor I have ever met . He treats his clients like family . He has found 2 beautiful homes for my daughter and her family and is in the process of getting her first house on the market . Jim helped them move into their house with his awesome crew and they are power washing and cleaning to prepare my daughter and husbands old house . Need help installing something?Jim to the rescue ! My sister and her husband also used Jim when they were relocating from another state . One year later when they were ready to move in Jim sent a cleaning crew to clean and make sure their condo was fresh and clean for their arrival . I do not think there is another realtor out there that goes to the extent that Jim does . I would highly recommend Jim Reynolds to anyone in need of a realtor he is incredible . I can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of my family .

My husband and I retired to Florida 2.5 years ago. My niece had a wonderful experience working with Jim so we decided to use him as well. We came down from Rhode Island for a week vacation and Jim made himself available and showed us several different places as we weren’t 100 % sure what we wanted. He went above and beyond and was always available for any our questions and concerns. I would use him again if we were to move without hesitation.

There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Jim. He sold my father-in-law's home for us in Merritt Island and we reside over 3 hours away. It was difficult for us to get back and forth to get the house ready for sale but Jim went above and beyond any real estate agent I have ever dealt with to get the home repaired and ultimately sold within a matter of months. He treated us like family and helped us in every way possible with what ever we needed. My husband and I had to sell the house after his mother passed away and my father-in-law moved to a memory care facility. It was a stressful time for us but our experience with Jim took all that stress away. If you are lucky enough to work with him, you will be in the best hands possible in selling your home. Jim we are forever grateful for all you have done for us!

Jim was the absolute best realtor we could have hoped for.

As first time home buyers and a military family, he walked us through the home buying process and was on calls with a us months before our move to help us decide if buying a house was the right decision for us. After combing through the MLS service to ID options for us, he helped us coordinate a visit to the area and lined up all of our tours to take place during our short trip so that we would have time to work out a contract while we were in the area. After we decided on a place, he expertly navigated us through the inspection period to ensure that we would pass all necessary inspections for the VA loan to clear (which included supervising the inspectors in our absence and even making a few repairs himself).

We also really appreciated his candor and honesty. It was very clear that he had our best interests in mind in all of his recommendations, and his infectious positivity helped calm our nerves if we started feeling stressed.

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Cocoa area and look forward to working with him more in the future!
