Jim is the man! Seriously as a mortgage broker, I work with a lot of real estate agents, and I can honestly say working with Jim Reynolds was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This transaction had its challenges, including an appraisal coming in under value, but Jim stayed calm, professional, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process.

What stood out most was his willingness to work collaboratively and do whatever it took to help keep the deal together and get everyone to the closing table. He communicated well, advocated for his clients, and handled difficult moments with professionalism and integrity.

Agents like Jim make a huge difference in a transaction, especially when unexpected hurdles come up. I would absolutely recommend him to both buyers and sellers and look forward to working together again in the future.

Jim is the best. He brings so much knowledge to the table in housing, the area, construction, what will affect resale, taking us out of a bad house deal. He will check AC year, roof year and do a pre-pre inspection. This alone will save so much time and steer you towards the right house. He will get you the most house for your budget run the comparable and negotiate to buy at market value or below. 5 stars all around.

Jim Reynolds goes above and beyond his duties as a realtor and treats clients like friends and family and we could not be happier with his service. We were referred to Jim to purchase a home and came from out of state, never spending time in the area prior. Jim took the time to understand our needs and wants and gave helpful information about various areas around the space coast that would suit us. While showing us houses he listened to what we liked and didn’t like and fine tuned our search to ultimately find us the perfect property. The closing was seamless due to his efforts as we were still out of state. Jim is a wealth of knowledge with all things related to housing and the area. Jim Reynolds is the most awesome realtor I have ever met . He treats his clients like family . He has found 2 beautiful homes for my daughter and her family and is in the process of getting her first house on the market . Jim helped them move into their house with his awesome crew and they are power washing and cleaning to prepare my daughter and husbands old house . Need help installing something?Jim to the rescue ! My sister and her husband also used Jim when they were relocating from another state . One year later when they were ready to move in Jim sent a cleaning crew to clean and make sure their condo was fresh and clean for their arrival . I do not think there is another realtor out there that goes to the extent that Jim does . I would highly recommend Jim Reynolds to anyone in need of a realtor he is incredible . I can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of my family .

My husband and I retired to Florida 2.5 years ago. My niece had a wonderful experience working with Jim so we decided to use him as well. We came down from Rhode Island for a week vacation and Jim made himself available and showed us several different places as we weren’t 100 % sure what we wanted. There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Jim. He sold my father-in-law's home for us in Merritt Island and we reside over 3 hours away. It was difficult for us to get back and forth to get the house ready for sale but Jim went above and beyond any real estate agent I have ever dealt with to get the home repaired and ultimately sold within a matter of months. He treated us like family and helped us in every way possible with what ever we needed. My husband and I had to sell the house after his mother passed away and my father-in-law moved to a memory care facility. It was a stressful time for us but our experience with Jim took all that stress away. If you are lucky enough to work with him, you will be in the best hands possible in selling your home. Jim was the absolute best realtor we could have hoped for.

As first time home buyers and a military family, he walked us through the home buying process and was on calls with a us months before our move to help us decide if buying a house was the right decision for us. After combing through the MLS service to ID options for us, he helped us coordinate a visit to the area and lined up all of our tours to take place during our short trip so that we would have time to work out a contract while we were in the area. After we decided on a place, he expertly navigated us through the inspection period to ensure that we would pass all necessary inspections for the VA loan to clear (which included supervising the inspectors in our absence and even making a few repairs himself).

We also really appreciated his candor and honesty. It was very clear that he had our best interests in mind in all of his recommendations, and his infectious positivity helped calm our nerves if we started feeling stressed.

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the Cocoa area and look forward to working with him more in the future!
