From the initial consultation to signing of closing documents, services was exceptional. I felt like I was his only client, even though I knew not. James worked very well completing tasks and I appreciated the open communication. He is well rounded and worked well with others (realtors, closing atty, inspectors and contractors). He is knowledgeable of the buying and selling process. Matter of fact, I miss talking to my realtor. Overall, I enjoyed my process.

Having James R. as my realitor is such an amazing blessing! We met during one of my most difficult transitions in my life and he was definitely GOD sent. As any first time home buyer, I was lost, confused and just wanted the process to be quick and easy but, that was FAR from the case. However, James was there every single step of the way with words of comfort/support and he provided the guidance/understanding that I needed through it all. Working with James made the process of buying a house fun, exciting, and extremely easy. We were moving from another state and all we had to do was pick a house and he did the rest. James is very knowledgeable of the housing market, reliable, is quick to return phone calls, and is very professional. He also helped with selling my home. After it was placed on the market, we had a buyer within 2 weeks. He’s great with negotiating and I was able to receive everything I want. I would definitely refer and use James again.
