James was amazing. From the word go James jumped in to find us the perfect house to call our home. We are first time homeowners and James was there every step of the way explaining every detail that got us confused. It was a very stressful and frustrating situation as we were limited on time to find a home because we had to be out our apartment by ending of August. James was cool and calm and kept us focused. He was positive that the right house will come at the right time and kept us on our toes.
