It also helps that I’m a licensed contractor and have built and sold over 200 homes. Since I’ve been through the entire process of constructing a home numerous times, I’m able to provide my sellers an honest perspective regarding potential renovations and upgrades to improve the saleability of their home.

In my spare time I enjoy water sports as well as flipping houses. Family has always been important to me and nothing is more gratifying than helping others make important transitions in their lives that affect their loved ones.
