James C. (Jim) has a long history of professionalism in the Greater Grand Strand real estate marketplace. Jim has been a South Carolina Real Estate licenses since 1987 a real estate broker since 1990. Jim has managed as Broker in charge several Real Estate brokerages throughout the Grand Strand.
Jim has specialized in New Construction sales and Planned Community marketing. Jim is formally trained and well-seasoned in Real Estate sales as, Jim has held, from the National Association of Realtors (NRA)
the designations of Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist(CRS). From the National Homebuilders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council, Jim had earned the prestigious designation as a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing(MIRM), Certified
Marketing Professional (CMP) as well as the Certified New home Site professional (CSP). Jim has been a licensed SC Residential builder since 2001 have built over 500 residences typically in residential multifamily communities, and single family subdivisions.
On a personal note, Jim is a native of Horry County with ancestry tracing back to the 1750’s. He is a resident of Conway and is an appointee of the city of Conway’s Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a Graduate of Coastal Carolina University and Alumni of Leadership Grand Strand. Jim is a world traveler having visited more than 20 countries and circumventing the globe. He is a Certified Rescue Scuba Diver, and a regionally recognized karateka with Shotokan Karate of America, Carolinas Dojos, and is the
senior student at Coastal Carolina University Dojo.
Jim will be primarily be representing Seabreeze, a community of Sea cottages in the Coastal Market Common section of Myrtle Beach, but will also be assigned to the Conway office for Berkshire Hathaway Myrtle Beach Real Estate and will be available for consultations on New Home sales and general Brokerage.
