He was very helpful in solving some problems that came up with inspection and closing, gave good advice on pricing and negotiation, and had an assistant who made processing all the (electronic) paperwork quick and easy. James is a friendly, knowledgeable, can-do guy who I highly recommend for anyone who needs a real estate agent in Clallam County and beyond. Thank you James and team, well done!

We met James while looking for a home in Sequim. From our first meeting on, he was prompt, prepared, helpful and friendly. We were always coming from out of town and he consistently went out of his way to accommodate us.
