This was an awesome experience as I was under time constraints. James sent emails containing properties of interest and I also searched for properties. James communicated in a timely manner and was very flexible with setting up times to view properties. My contract was completed on 6/14 and I expected a decision in a week, but James spoke to the selling agent and my contract was chosen in one (1) day. I was ecstatic and to sum it up, I closed on my new FHA financed home on 7/15. James provided an awesome experience for a first-time homebuyer!!

James Spencer realtor service was excellent!!! He was patient and answered all of our questions no matter what time of day or night we contacted him. If he didn't have a response he would research it and (always) get back to us later. His contacts within the industry makes his customers experience seamless. The use of his "dotloop" software made the contract paperwork less daunting for us. We used James Spencer's services for the sale of our old house, as well as the purchase of our new home. Through his recommendations we were able to do the things necessary to get top dollar for the sale of our old house. The use of his "Home Snap" software helped us stay abreast of houses that were newly on the market, or soon to be on the market. My wife and I highly recommend James Spencer to anyone who's looking for a "Great" professional & personable realtor.
