James has been a great agent to work with. As a single, first-time home buyer, I began this process with a lot of nervousness, but James has helped calm those nerves. He is extremely patient with me and answers my questions clearly, making sure I understand the answers. Because of his patience and demeanor, I never feel uncomfortable or awkward asking silly questions about the process that I might think most people would already know. Nor have I ever doubted that James has kept my interests at heart. At the beginning of this process, he made sure to understand what my criteria and interests are and honored them as we viewed homes. For example, it’s important to me that my home has plenty of natural light, and in each house we viewed James asked, “Is this enough natural light for you?” I have a hard time making decisions, and James has balanced giving me the time and space I need to consider my options while also keeping me on schedule to meet deadlines without making me feel pressured. James is very communicative, making himself available, promptly responding to my messages, and constantly keeping me informed of what he is doing. He is proactive about taking care of the steps he needs to, and checking to make sure I’m doing the tasks I need to. Buying a home, at least the first time, and especially doing it by yourself, is an intimidating process. But I have felt extremely comfortable going through it with James, and I am relieved to have found him.
