I was so blessed to be referred to James during a very difficult time in my life, and thank God for him. My mom was 84 and her health was failing, I was taking care of her, and I needed help selling the home that she had lived in for the last 50 years. On top of this, interest rates were rising, the market was cooling, and I knew that her home needed some TLC to be ready for market.

James was gracious, professional, and hardworking beyond every possible measure. When we first met, he walked the house with me and shared which small projects would yield the most value. He then coordinated with contractors who performed the work at cost, to his specifications and under his supervision. A prior agent had estimated that I should list the property for $65K LESS than what James thought it would sell for. AND JAMES WAS CORRECT. The photos his team took of my parent's home were beautiful. His stagers worked a miracle. In the end, we contracted for $10K above asking, in a cool market, with only 5 showings, in less than a week.

When the inspection report came back, things didn't look good. Lots of deferred maintenance. James sprung to action, managing all repairs and staying on the grind EVERY DAY until closing. I have never seen a real estate professional work so tirelessly for a client. He made the hardest year of my life so much easier, and helped me to carry out my responsibilities in a way that set me up for future success and stability. I say this in the kindest possible way -- James is a beast. He unabashedly loves his job and he does it very, very well. I am so very impressed with him and his team. Call him today.
