Jim is a Luxury Real Estate Expert serving the Naples, Bonita and Estero areas. With over 40 years of experience in both the luxury residential and commercial real estate markets, Jim has been instrumental in completing over 1 billion dollars in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. After graduating Lynchburg College in 1983 with a BA in Business and Economics, he was recruited by a major New Jersey commercial real estate developer, where he immersed himself in every aspect of the business, rapidly establishing himself as a highly regarded and successful commercial real estate executive. In the mid-1990s, Jim formed an investment group that he headed to purchase several under-performing office buildings in Northern New Jersey to renovate and execute long-term leases with multiple Fortune 500 tenants. After successfully bringing these assets to stabilization, he sold his interests in 1997, which enabled him and his wife, Jackie to relocate to Naples, FL to raise their two children and enjoy outdoor activities in the year-round warmer weather. Both Jim and Jackie enjoy walking on the beach and appreciating the area’s nature sanctuaries as well as traveling, attending sporting events and plays, visiting museums and art galleries, trying new restaurants, playing golf, practicing yoga and participating with the many diverse groups they are active with. Jim is also a former board member of the Candlelighters of Southwest Florida, where he advocated and served on committees for golf tournaments, raising funds and awareness for local children with cancer and blood disorders. Jackie is a licensed real estate sales associate, who assists with running the Trzyna Group. Heather graduated with honors from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 2016 and is now a Consultant with Deloitte Consulting based in Miami, FL. Erik is a Double Gator, graduating from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 2018 and University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2022. He is now practicing law as an attorney with Liberty Mutual Insurance.
