James Vazza

James joined Capital Group in the summer of 2018. Jim began his career in the commercial real estate industry in the family business Vazza Properties. After learning the business he moved on to open the Massachusetts office for RD Management where he oversaw all leasing, property management, and construction projects. He worked for RD Management for over 25 years and was integral in leasing and stabilizing the commercial properties he was charged with overseeing.

Jim has a strong work ethic and decades of knowledge in the commercial real estate industry. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has completed hundreds of leasing transactions in retail, office and industrial capacities. Since Jim has worked in all aspects of real estate, he understands the nuances that each transaction requires and listens to his tenants to best accommodate their respective needs and concerns in order to build a long-term mutual relationship.
