After 30 years of community service as a firefighter in Virginia, I retired and moved to Florida. I was too young to “retire”, and I have a passion for helping people, so I went to school and passed all requirements to obtain my Florida real estate license. I had the desire to learn as much about my second career as possible, thus providing a higher level of service. Through that desire, I have obtained several real estate designations and educational achievements. In 2010, I completed the requirements to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. I am also an Accredited Buyers Resource (ABR), e-Pro, At Home with Diversity, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute. I have recently been certified in GREEN design, and working with seniors.
