James Wardlaw

James joins Triqor Group with a background in finance. In his career, he has worked closely with tax attorneys to achieve tax resolution. He then transitioned to mortgages for residential and investment properties. After four years mastering the lending side of the business, James discovered his passion for investment real estate.

At Triqor, James draws his expertise from a lifetime of knowledge of the Orange County area as well as a versed concept of the business. In the future, he hopes to surpass all expectations and build long term relationships with owners and investors.

Born in Tasmania, Australia, James moved to Orange County at this age of six. Water sports, especially surfing, have always been his top interest, but have recently taken a backseat with the birth of his beautiful daughter. Now he enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
