James Wilmot

James has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and is a balanced professional with keen knowledge of all facets of the industry associated with development and operations of office, retail, industrial, residential (single and multi-family), self-storage and gaming properties. His experience has encompassed acquisition, financial and pro-forma analysis, entitlement (conforming and non-conforming uses), design development, financing, permit processing, construction (contract, accounting/auditing, liens, supervision), leasing/sales, and creation/implementation/operation of property management for new and existing commercial properties.

For the past 12 years he founded and operated JW Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC as the Principal/Broker and has established the firm as a full-service boutique commercial real estate firm providing acquisition, leasing, design/development, as well as property and construction management services.

Current clients have entrusted the company to acquire, sell, manage and lease over 500,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in Las Vegas.
