He is licensed in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia.
He is one of three people who have received the distinguished Richard Dewees Memorial Award from the National Association of REALTORS for outstanding service in the real estate auction industry.
