If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am really emotional right now so bear with me… JIMMY ZITNIK!!! He did right by us 100%. We didn’t have the strongest of credit (truth be told it was not good at all) but he aligned us with the right people and held our hand through the entire process and got us into this amazing house! By far the best experience in purchasing ever. I never imagined I’d ever own a house like this! Thank you so very much Jimmy!!!

After having a fantastic experience selling a townhome through Jimmy in 2019, we decided to use his services to purchase an investment property in 2020. It was as smooth a process as one could hope for. We described what we were hoping to accomplish and gave Jimmy a budget, and then had a long conversation about the property types and areas we should search for a home.

Jimmy set up an automated search and monitored the results. My husband and I were both too busy to review the search results in detail so it was a huge relief to know that Jimmy was scrutinizing them. When he saw a property that looked like it met our criteria and could be a good investment, he contacted us to go see it. Jimmy was patient with our questions about the school district quality, the rent amount we could expect and the amount of money we would have to put into the property.

We looked at 5 or 6 properties over a few weeks when he called us and said “This one is going to go fast and it’s a great fit. Can you make time to see it tomorrow?” The condo was perfect. Perfect! Jimmy handled every step of the buying process with speed, efficiency and professionalism. His gut instinct on a number of fronts was spot on. Spot. On.

We had an aggressive closing date so things had to move quickly. Jimmy recommended an attorney and followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I didn’t forget to complete my tasks. He would make an excellent project manager! We closed on time and had a signed lease less than 3 weeks later, also thanks to Jimmy.

Once again, we couldn’t have been more pleased with Jimmy’s skill, experience, referrals and the relationship he has built with us. He’s an excellent, excellent realtor.

I'm so happy to have partnered with Jimmy Zitnik in buying my home. He wasn't the first agent I'd worked with, but he was by far the best—and I will attest to the fact he is truly McHenry County's Hardest Working Agent!

I had a great feeling about working with Jimmy from the start. Though this was my first home, I'd done my homework on what to look for, and look out for, when working with a real estate agent. The other agents I'd contacted definitely seemed more interested in closing a deal rather than the win of getting me my perfect home. Jimmy is very different.

He's up-front, very responsive, and shows homes with an eye for everything a prospective buyer should consider. He truly knows his stuff. Honestly, during our showings I felt like I was walking through with a home inspector.

And once I found a winner, though it was contingent and under contract with another buyer, Jimmy was lighting-fast and persistent in working with the selling agent to get me in to see it. He also connected me with the home inspector, lawyer, and the best lender I'd worked with. All of them were very chill, informative, and had me feeling very at-ease and supported as we cruised to close.

From talking with friends and family, I was prepared for a challenge in buying my first home. I was certainly not prepared for how stress-free the process could be if you're working with Jimmy Z. I'm now very happy in my perfect home and would recommend the Jimmy Z Experience to anyone!
