About Jami

Jami is a Maryland Girl through and through. Raised in Baltimore County and a University of Maryland Grad, she lived in the city for over a decade before settling in Howard County. Jami's Real Estate Career began when she started investing in rental properties in Baltimore. That led her to open her own property management company which has been growing year after year. Her knowledge and experience allowed her to become an outstanding agent immediately. Helping buyers and sellers and investors, Jami continues to put her clients first before, during and after the home buying journey.

When she isn't busy making your home buying dreams come true or selling your home for top dollar, you can find her singing the National Anthem at the Baltimore Ravens games. After 12 years, she retired from her prior job as a wedding singer, but still has a huge love for performing which she continues to do around Maryland at the Ravens, Orioles, and Maryland sporting events.

Jami and her colleague Matt were super helpful in the home buying process for us as first time home buyers in a very competitive market. They helped us find a lender and advised us on what type of offer to make. Jami advocated for us when there was an appraisal gap on the house and was able to negotiate a lower price on the house which was really helpful for us financially. She is also very easy to reach and was always available when we needed to discuss any issues with her. We would definitely recommend working with her!

Working with Jami was an unbeatable experience. She made every step of the selling process easier and smoother than imaginable. Day one of working with her she toured our home and gave suggestions on how to improve the value in order to get top dollar and wow did she deliver with her suggestions! We followed all of her guidance and let her stage the house as she saw fit and when all was said and done, she was able to increase the ask price significantly! The house literally looked better than ever! Jami personally helped us clear out the house and get it ready to show in a very short time period. She priced the house right and got multiple offers even before the house hit the market! Jami got us an above ask offer with no contingencies (a seller’s dream come true). I have also since recommended Jami to many other friends and family who have all had a top notch experience! We will never use a different agent!
