Knowledgeable, helpful with countless details, prompt and patient in answering questions, and thoughtful in sharing local contacts, she also has a fantastic memory and an eye for detail that doesn’t let anything slip. I recently moved to Sussex County DE in May and this was the second home I have purchased. I was concerned about not knowing the area well and having to meet various criteria for my new home with a tight deadline to move before the summer beach season. I got in touch with Jamie Coleman of Patterson Schwartz, and since I was living a few hours away we discussed my needs and I sent her some homes I was interested in. She helped me get ready to purchase prior to coming down to look at homes in case I found the one. She put together a list of homes for me and spent the entire weekend looking at everything in my range. I came down on a Friday, and by Sunday I was ready to put in an offer, and with her guidance my offer was accepted at my price with some seller assistance! From my offer to settlement it was 30 days, and I was in my home before Memorial Day weekend. She did a fantastic job, and I still can't get over how fast and easy she made the process. Jamie is very knowledgeable of the area, and is the right person to guide you based on your needs. I couldn't ask for a better realtor and I love my new home that's 10 minutes from the beach...thank you Jamie!!

Jamie was professional, incredibly knowledgeable in all of the beaches and wonderfully patient with us. Her energy is unmatched. Jamie truly listened to all of our wants and needs and was not only able to show us properties where we thought we wanted to be but also made recommendations in beach towns that we hadn’t previously considered and just fell in love with! I’ve met and worked with a number of real estate agents over the years but Jamie truly made me feel like she was the advocate in my corner, as opposed to trying to make a sales goal. Excellent negotiator, realistic yet kind, and all around wonderful! She made sure the process was seamless and always fun! I’d highly recommend Jamie when considering the sale and/or purchase of your properties!

My husband and I recently decided to sell our current house and buy a new one. We did not know any of the local realtors, but we received a recommendation to retain Jamie Coleman of Patterson Schwartz. We had very specific criteria for our new home: new construction, location within a very small geographical area, five bedrooms, and, of course, a price we could afford. Despite the restrictions, and at a time when the inventory of houses available for sale was small, Jamie found us a new home that met all of our requirements in less than two weeks. As for selling our current home, we had no idea what to sell it for or how to time the sale. Following Jamie’s advice to the letter, we sold it for way above the price we were expecting, and just five days after it was listed. It is hard to imagine how anyone could have done a better job than she did!
