Born and raised in the Wilmington area, Jamie Lynn Crist has deep roots in southeastern North Carolina. Since beginning her real estate career in 2015, Jamie Lynn has made an indelible impact on the industry through her leadership, expertise, and dedication to her clients and colleagues.
Jamie Lynn's professional journey includes eight years in the banking industry and two years in non-profits before transitioning to real estate. Her broad experience has shaped her ability to navigate complex transactions and foster meaningful relationships.
Her extensive involvement in the real estate community reflects her commitment to excellence. Jamie Lynn has served as President of the Duplin/Sampson Association of Realtors for multiple terms, was a Cape Fear REALTORS® (CFR) Board of Directors member from 2016 to 2020, and chaired the CFR Young Professionals Network (YPN) Council for five years. She also contributed to the State YPN Council for three years.
In addition to her leadership roles, Jamie Lynn has been a dedicated member of the local and state Professional Standards Committees for six years, serving as Vice Chair on the state level in 2025. She chaired the CFR MLS Committee in 2024, has served on the CFR Finance Committee, and actively participates in numerous CFR task forces, PAGs, and strategic planning initiatives. Jamie Lynn is also an NCRMLS/HIVE Manager and a member of the HIVE MLS Committee.
Recognized for her accomplishments, Jamie Lynn was awarded Cape Fear REALTORS 2024 REALTOR of the Year. She has earned prestigious designations, including ABR, PSA, MRP, C2EX, and the esteemed GRI. A 2017 graduate of the CFR Leadership Academy, Jamie Lynn continually invests in her professional development to better serve her clients.
Specializing in land, residential, and investment properties, Jamie Lynn is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She resides in Pender County with her husband, children, and grandchildren, embracing the community she serves.
When not working, Jamie Lynn enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and powerlifting. She currently holds multiple state records with the US Powerlifting Association (USPA) and recently competed in the North American Championship, where she qualified for Nationals in June 2025.
