Jamie Grossman is as passionate about your purchase or sale as you are. Maybe more. She has great instincts and will be honest with you about any suggestions to accelerate the process to a successful conclusion. Regardless of any challenge or obstacle, she is available day and night to get to “sold.” The entire process is attentive and responsive with a big dose of fun. No detail is too large or too small. She even carries tools.

It was our complete luck to meet Jamie when we began looking for a house this summer. With everyone on lockdown for the summer of 2020 and with the tight housing market we did not think it would be possible to find a house that met our specifications in our price range.

From the moment we met Jamie she was always ready to help. She found us houses to see in any town we could ask for and was flexible to our schedule. She provided advice and guidance beyond anyone I have previously worked with and even helped to helped to accommodate our children while we navigated the complexities of buying a house during the 2020 Quarantine. It has now been a few month since we moved into our dream house, and even a few days ago I reached out to Jamie for help with finding a designer for the rooms in our new home. She is still a resource to us.

We have moved 4 times in the past 6 years. Each time we have worked with a different realtor. None have provided a level of service or displayed talent in their work like Jamie did for us. If we ever have need to move again I will not work with anyone else.

Jamie is a professional of the highest caliber. We began the selling and buying process literally days before anyone had even heard of Covid-19, and as the uncertainty and turmoil of the pandemic ensued, she was the rock that kept us grounded. Her leadership and laser focus in an unprecedented time made something possible that I truly feel few others in her industry could do - and yet here I am, typing this review in my forever and dream home. Jamie was a dream to work with during the sale and purchase of our new dream home! She navigated the uncertain waters of Covid-19 brilliantly and without her there is no doubt our deals could have fallen apart. She is knowledgeable, professional and patient (even when dealing with our heightened anxiety!) I would recommend her to anyone and if I ever thought I would want to leave our beautiful new home- I'd use her again!! Jamie is such an excellent agent - work with her and you won't be disappointed! She's exceedingly professional, prompt and helpful in her responses to questions, and has a go-getter type of mentality coupled with a cool/calm/collected demeanor. She urges the buying/selling process along with grace, making it feel like a pleasant experience rather than a stressful one. She helped us list our home quickly under stressful circumstances, and she was able to generate multiple offers within days, ultimately commanding the sale price we were hoping for. She also represented us as we purchased a new home, contributing excellent guidance and expert-level negotiation skills which allowed us to get a fantastic price for our purchase. Can't recommend highly enough!

As my family and I needed to relocate from NJ to MA for my work, Jamie was recommended to us by a trusted friend who lives in MA to help us find a home in the Boston suburbs. To say Jamie was excellent is an understatement. She listened to our "wants" in a home and town and helped quickly identify many homes in several MA towns (Weston, Newton, and Needham) that met our family's needs, and ultimately, she help us find our new home in Needham on our second house-hunting trip. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the pros/cons of all towns (schools, shopping, social activities, civic services, etc.) and related not only to my wife and me, but also to our 3 children who ranged in age from 8 to 13 yo. She helped put our family at ease during what could otherwise be a stressful process and was always available to help (call, email, text, and in-person). Jamie is an A+ real estate agent!
