Jamie is amazing. She is incredibly resourceful, responsive and goes out of her way - above and beyond - to provide necessary information. She is courteous, professional and extremely personable. She followed up, unasked, on my behalf, on numerous occasions to ensure my closing ran smoothly as I was in New York and could not attend the closing. Day or night, on her time, she called me to provide assurances that the build was running smoothly. She even provided a video timeline of the build. Who does that? I highly recommend her services. She will not let you down.

I'm a former realtor and thought about buying my home directly. I'm glad I didn't. The market and lending has dramatically changed. With our very low interest rate we were also given a much lower mortgage amount. Jamie still took us every listing we asked about even know they were more modest homes then she is used to showing. This means we found lots of homes with more issues than we wanted to take on. I know she had other clients but she always got back to us quickly. Many agents are incredibly unprofessional but Jamie was professional at all times. She never tried us to buy any homes and tried to help us find what we wanted. I would use her again and I would also recommend her to anyone looking for someone who treats you well and not like a paycheck.
