House buying process can be brutal however Jamila brings a different flavor to the mix.

Hard to find a real estate agent that wants you to get into your home as bad as you do but you can tell Jamila really cares about her clients.

Jamila personifies both professionalism and fun.

She consistently inquired with professional services or already knew the standards and codes the needed to be in place for a move in ready 2 Family home.

Not only was she professional in the way she looked, acted, walked, and talked she made the process fun.

Consistent smile along with a optimistic and persistent attitude, its so clear and obvious that Jamila loves her job.

Blessed to have a home now and Jamila was an integral part of this process.

Jamila is without a doubt the best agent anyone could have, she’s kind, loving, devoted, trustworthy, she knows everything and when I say everything I literally mean EVERYTHING there’s to know about real estate, but most importantly she WILL FIGHT FOR YOU and your best interests. My wife and I recently bought a home through Jamila in Kensington, CT. Finding a home within our budget and requirements was extremely difficult but she made it happen. With a nightmare broker, mold remediation, and more she smoothed over the rough patches. Basically became the broker for us to close in time, got seller to split mold costs, and more. There are so many wonderful ways to describe Jamila. She is professional, fair, respectful, realistic, and fierce! She truly is a powerhouse realtor and broker. Her years of experience radiates through the wisdom she provides. From the first phone call we had to discuss selling our home, we knew Jamila was the right fit. She listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. She came over a few days later and spent hours with us discussing the process of selling and gave suggestions for small things that we could do to make our house stand out that made a huge difference in the end! We were thrilled when she offered to stage our home. It really made the house come alive!

Jamila has such incredible boundaries. She guided us, gave her suggestions but always left the final decision up to us. It is because of her that we had an offer within one hour of the first showing and signed our incredible contract within 48 hours. She helped carry the weight of the intense stress that came along with selling a house. She was invested in the whole process from start to finish. To say that Jamila went above and beyond is an understatement. Her years of experience clearly showed when things become challenging (and they can become easily challenging). She staged and sold our home so fast, and for far more than the listing price. In addition, she helped us get into our new home which presented a few difficult scenarios as well. Any realtor can sell/help you buy a home, but when things get tricky, not many can tactfully handle the hard conversations like she did. She was also super responsive, keeping me advised on matters even when she was out of the country and on vacation. She cares and it shows. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did for me and my family.

Working for with Jamilla has been a pleasure. She is a wealth of knowledge, listens to all your questions and concerns answering with facts, great advice. Jamilla also takes the time and effort to make sure her clients are both comfortable and well informed about listing. In my situation she was able to refer us to contractors for work needed cutting the time to get the property ready in half. Once listen Jamilla kept me in formed and up to date. Everyone's 1st time home buying experience is different but for myself and my husband it was challenging to say the least. Buying a house is difficult enough but buying a home during covid is even more challenging. My husband and myself got what we thought was a reputable mortgage company and come to find out they weren't. My fiancé Owen and I cannot say enough about Jamila not only as a realtor but as a person. Being first time home buyers is a challenge in an of itself and with the added frustrations of covid and the housing market we knew we were in for a long haul. When we were introduced to Jamila and she heard we were looking for a place to live ASAP she immediately got to work. Jamila listened to our every concern, and even offered many of her own as my fiancé and I are very new to this. Jamila has connections for seemingly every problem that comes up between radon experts, termite experts, plumbing, roofing, literally you name it and she has a reliable guy for the job. Jamila handled all of the phone calls and showed up to every single showing right on time and with details about each place. Jamila does not just sell homes, she helped my fiancé and i through every step of our purchase and had informed answers for seemingly every issue that arose. She picks up every single panicked phone call yall. No matter the hour! Jamilas negotiation skills are precise and her education in all areas surrounding home buying and renovating makes the process feel much safer. If she hadn’t been such a strong realtor we would have waved a home inspection and with our luck it would’ve come back to bite us. Despite our urgency Jamila was honest and would not allow us to buy a home that wasn’t worth our time or money….that in and of itself was amazing. Jamila became family thought out this process and she fought for our every concern and came through beyond what we could have asked for. We don’t have words for our appreciation, but Jamila is as good as they get.

When financing became difficult on the buyers side, I thought the deal was dead but she ground her heels in and fought for me. I don't think I can say enough great things about Jamila. She is professional, enthusiastic, knowledgable, helpful, and always there for you when you need her. She was spot on, selling our house. She came in and, gave us advice on what needed to be done to prepare our home to sell. When we were ready to put it on the market, she staged our home and had a professional photographer come in to take the most gorgeous pictures, both inside and out, to showcase our home.
