WHEN I TELL YOU…. i have a 2 year old, and 1 year old twins. husband military. deployed right before closing. JAMISON is literally the best realtor ever. worked around my schedule, kids naps, saw every house we wanted to see, EXTREMELY professional and friendly. I could text him whenever, he’s answer. he’s actually an AMAZING realtor and got us a brand new construction home where we wanted and moved in the next month. his offers are so professional and the network he has is never ending. got an awesome home inspection done, he knows everything about homes and structures and what to look for - negotiations are easy for him. like i’m serious i would give him an 100/10. one day he blocked off a whole sunday for us and we saw 10+ homes. He has the knowledge to find the home you want, at the price you want, and you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I spent about 2 months looking at houses with 2 different realtors who never really had our best interests in mind. The first one really just didn’t have a good attitude and it didn’t seem like she really cared about us. The second was a child who did not know how to do his job. Then we met Jamison! He was so patient with us, taking us from house to house, sometimes 3 or 4 in one evening. He spent almost every day looking at houses with us, working around our crazy schedules, until we found the one we wanted. He helped us really understand more about what to look for when buying a house. He responded to any call or message immediately and if he didn’t have an answer he got one as fast as he could. Buying our first house was definitely becoming a negative experience for us until we started working with Jamie! Assuming he’s still in the area when we’re ready to move and buy a new house, we’ll definitely be giving him a call!
