Before real estate, Jan served as Director of Sales and Marketing for several national corporations, relocating frequently herself. That background sharpened her negotiation skills, customer service focus, and understanding of how stressful a move can be, making her a fierce advocate and trusted partner for her clients. She is among the top 1% of agents globally certified as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), so you can feel confident she’s in your corner every step of the way. Originally from Brush, Colorado, Jan earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Colorado State University. She is a lover of life, loves skiing when time allows, a lifelong animal lover, and grew up riding horses on her family’s farm and ranch. Today, she loves cheering on the U of M Gopher’s Baseball Team where her husband, John, coached for his entire working career. Their daughter is a graduate of Wayzata High School and the University of Minnesota.
