I came across Jan’s name as an expert on Placitas living and reached out to her by phone when we first started thinking of moving to Placitas from New York a couple of years ago. She took the time to help us get to know the area and answer our questions. Over time, anytime I would contact her, she always remembered us and offered helpful insights. When we finally made it out to Placitas, it was like connecting with an old friend! She had the experience and knowledge to help us find a home in a competitive market and was a fantastic communicator and negotiator. Jan has helped me both in the acquisition of a property and the building of a new home, as well as helping me to sell a home. In the first instance, she spent endless hours seeking out and showing me properties which not only fit my needs but, also fit my budget. In the end, we were quite successful on both accounts. In the second instance, for the sale of my home, Jan's artistic talents in interior design resulted in the most professional of stagings, which presents a property in its best light.

When in need of a real estate professional, there are countless agents in the Bernalillo and Sandoval County areas, so choosing one who will most correctly satisfy your particular needs may indeed prove to be some frustrating form of Russian roulette. In choosing Jan, I quickly learned that my choice was a comforting one. She has an uncanny ability to sort through a myriad of information and to make some sense of it to her client. She maintains a high level of attention to detail in all of the technical areas which would normally make one's head swim. In the large scheme of things, whether buying or selling, her background in design considerations and her sense of aesthetics bring continuity to the whole process, something one would not experience with the average real estate agent or broker. Her patience and good humor seem to soften the blow of either a purchase or a sale. I could not recommend her more !
