Jan Baldwin’s true passion is serving people. Anyone can be a real estate agent, but Jan is a proven expert at understanding and intuiting client needs. With more than fifteen years of experience helping people buy and sell homes in Dallas—and over 100 million dollars in sales—she still gets as excited helping buyers navigate their first Dallas home purchase as she does marketing and selling luxury properties in many of Dallas’ finest neighborhoods.

With an innate ability to combine her strengths of project management, analytical analysis and interpersonal relationship skills, Jan seamlessly guides clients through transactions from start to finish, cultivating a stress-free, transparent—and often fun—experience. Jan is visually driven, has extensive residential construction knowledge and is skilled at helping buyers envision what it takes to make a house a home. With a business primarily based on referrals and repeat clients, Jan is consistently celebrated by clients and colleagues for being exceptionally trustworthy and easy to work with. These traits were recently recognized when Jan received Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty’s 2020 Spirit in The Sky Award in addition to her many other accolades.

A Dallas resident for forty years, Jan is well versed at navigating the continually growing and expanding Dallas market which can be complex. She excels at collaborating with buyers and especially loves helping people who are new to the Dallas area. Her broad community background and expertise allows her to introduce new residents to specific areas of interest or passions.

Before her career in real estate, Jan spent twenty-five years as a leading corporate executive in several managing roles in the Baylor Health Care System and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. She also has wide-ranging volunteer experience and has served on many non-profit boards. When she can sneak away from her exponentially growing business and role as a community leader, Jan loves spending time with her husband as well as Lexie, a lively Maltese, who is their self-appointed director of perimeter security.
