About Jan

Having experienced the challenges of relocating five times, Jan Bawanan knows what a trying time it can be. For this reason, she approaches the move of her clients with care, compassion and commitment!

As a former educator, she has developed the ability to listen, problem solve, and communicate; all qualities necessary in Real Estate. Her integrity, compassion, knowledge, and perseverance in “getting a job done well” is often cited by her clients as they refer friends, co-workers, and family to her. Certified as a Relocation Specialist, she works with major relocation companies and can assist clients in Texas, as well as out of state.

On a personal note, she loves living in Keller where she is actively involved in the Children’s Music Ministries as well as the Chancel Choir at Keller UMC. She also enjoys volunteering her time as a creative movement teacher. She is an active member of PEO, a philanthropic organization where women celebrate the advancement of women. In her free time, she enjoys family activities, traveling, reading, gardening, and our family Airedale, Katy Mae.

After experiencing the welcoming Texas spirit first hand, she is always excited to introduce her clients to the area and highlight special qualities and unique personalities of each community. Through her passion and dedication to her clients, she works diligently to attain success by providing exemplary service to buyers and sellers alike.
