Working with Jan on the sale of our house was a great experience. Since we had moved out of state prior to the sale, Jan served as both realtor and project manager in getting our house ready for sale. She set up a variety of projects and communicated regularly with those individuals to ensure the work was completed in a timely fashion. She had numerous showings and set up an open house for the first weekend on the market. She ensured that the house was ready for sale and looked its best. By Monday, we had accepted an offer. Jan checked on our house each day throughout the showing, sale, and closing process. She really cares about her clients.
