I have had the distinct pleasure of working alongside with Jan Dunlap. She and her team provide a tremendous amount of market and negotiations knowledge to every transaction. What amazes me about Jan that she will ALWAYS go above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate her clients with her can do attitude. What amazes me the most about Jan is her determination to meet and beat any challenge she faces on any given transaction. I would tell any friend to use Jan and her team without hesitation.

Jan had worked closely with me over the phone and via email to understand exactly what we were looking for. She found the perfect house. She guided us carefully through the entire purchase process and not only kept an eye on the house until we moved in in August, but she also met workmen, insurance agent and security folks for us. More than four years ago I was in the market for a home and I walked into the local Prudential office needing an agent to help me look. Jan was the agent on call and that was one of the luckiest finds of my life. I admit that I had an immediate need and that I was very particular in what I wanted. Jan not only found the house I wanted but did so within the time frame I faced. She was relentless in her search but yet she didn't waste my time looking at a bunch of garbage. She listened to what I had to say and quickly analyzed and zeroed in on the property that satisfied my exact requirements. Last year, when I was in the market for an investment opportunity, I once more turned to Jan to fill my need. And she came through again. Once again, relentless in her search and completely in tune to my needs. I expect to be needing a real estate agent again in the future and I would be very disappointed if I couldn't have Jan Dunlop to help me once more.

Jan is an excellent agent and I am very happy to have found her. It's been a while since I bought/sold a home and a lot has changed with the use of the Internet. While the Internet has it's place, I wanted an agent that did more than just send emails with links to new listings. I wanted an agent with excellent local knowledge, good intuition for my needs, professional skills, patience, a good attitude, and someone that could provide good referrals (inspectors, painters, plumbers, etc.). Best realtor for the nicer homes in the Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Scripps ranch areas. She quickly figured out what type of houses we wanted (custom). Always on the lookout for us. She was extremely quick to respond. She spent hours with us. She spent time to review the documentation with us and called service providers with us to get explanations of what was done. She had several suggestions for inspection providers and contractors. Her ideas on what houses would go for were right on. She is a gem! Stephanie Major
