Jan helped us find a home over the summer of 2016 close to where we are living now. She invested a lot of time helping us find a home and location that would work for both of us from a neighborhood and type of home configuration we were looking for. Even during escrow she was very helpful in following up for us when our jobs occupied our day hours that we needed to close on things. She was there during the home inspection process. Jan always went the extra distance for us to make sure everything came together on schedule and on time. I think she is more than just a realtor representing a client she became our friend with her kind demeanor and willingness to help. I remember one time when visiting the new home we were buying my car battery was dead and I was going to call AAA however Jan just happened to be in the neighbor and gave me a ride home. More than four years ago I was in the market for a home and I walked into the local Prudential office needing an agent to help me look. Jan was the agent on call and that was one of the luckiest finds of my life. I admit that I had an immediate need and that I was very particular in what I wanted. Jan not only found the house I wanted but did so within the time frame I faced. She was relentless in her search but yet she didn't waste my time looking at a bunch of garbage. She listened to what I had to say and quickly analyzed and zeroed in on the property that satisfied my exact requirements. Last year, when I was in the market for an investment opportunity, I once more turned to Jan to fill my need. And she came through again. Once again, relentless in her search and completely in tune to my needs. Jan is an excellent agent and I am very happy to have found her. It's been a while since I bought/sold a home and a lot has changed with the use of the Internet. While the Internet has it's place, I wanted an agent that did more than just send emails with links to new listings. I wanted an agent with excellent local knowledge, good intuition for my needs, professional skills, patience, a good attitude, and someone that could provide good referrals (inspectors, painters, plumbers, etc.). Best realtor for the nicer homes in the Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Scripps ranch areas. She quickly figured out what type of houses we wanted (custom). Always on the lookout for us. She was extremely quick to respond. She spent hours with us. She spent time to review the documentation with us and called service providers with us to get explanations of what was done.
